REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be confident in every purchase. If 
something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, 
we'll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective, 
damaged, or different from what you ordered. To be 
eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos/video of the issue
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging

How to Request a Return
Email donnymaru9@gmail.com with your order number and a 
description of the issue. We will respond within 1-2 
business days with next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received 
back (if applicable), we will process your refund to your 
original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, 
incorrect size/fit chosen by the customer, or items 
without proof of defect.
